The prices of carbon credits have halted their recovery trend in the compliance and voluntary markets, since their record pricing in mid-August 2022 of €98.43.

In the week between April 25 and May 01, 2023, the EUA (European Union Allowance) contracts were traded below €88.56, losing €2.93 in a week's time, settling at €85.63. The highest volume was traded on 04/27 equalling 21,813 contracts and the lowest volume was traded on 05/01, totaling 4,524 contracts.

The prices for contracts in the CCA (California Carbon Allowance Futures), Vintage Specific 2022, gained US$ 0.04 or 0.14% since closing price on April 24, to close at US$ 29.22 on May 01.

On 04/24, the Voluntary Carbon Market for Aviation, Nature-Based, and Tech-based was quoted at US$ 1.65, US$ 1.66, and US$ 0.73, respectively. On average, they gained over 6.39% relative to their closing prices on 05/01.

The prices for the ZerO2Nature diseconomy units closed on 05/01 at €41.40 (F-DTU), €50.86 (B-DTU), €114.65 (M-DTU), €20.47 (N-DTU), €62.33 (H-DTU), and €67.56 (C-DTU).
